Breakfast
1 bowl oatmeal

Lunch
A bad bad regression on my part. I engaged in all-you-can-eat pizza at Mr. Gattis. This meal was courtesy of Mr. Gattis, who was giving all Randolph AFB employees/military members free lunch and dinner through Friday the 13th.

Dinner
I was not hungry after the free-for-all at lunch. I forced myself to eat one hotdog minus the bread.
